YouTube is an app/website where people can share ideas, recipes and gaming videos. The company has created a child-friendly app/website called YouTube Kids.

Chad Hurly, Steve Chen and Jawed Karim all created YouTube when another company (PayPal) made a sharing video- website in 2005.

YouTube is about 11 years old. YouTube slowly developed over the early years of 2005 by Chad and Steve.
