Gymnastics can be one of the hardest sports in the world.
You need flexibility to do the most incredible moves ever
and also need to start with some simple stretches.
Gymnastics can hurt you badly if you have not got a grown
up or a coach.
Simone Biles was born on March the 14th, 1997
in Ohio, America.
Simone Biles lived with her older sister and mum but she
and her sister had to be adopted by their grandparents.
When she was 10 years old she decided to do gymnastics and
it really inspired her.
Simone Biles has won 10 gold medals and three
championships in a row.
Shawn Johnson
Shawn Johnson was born on the 19th of January
1992.
She was the top gold medallist on the balance beam.
She retired on the 3rd of June 2012.
